You're studying to step into roles that influence, inspire, and lead. Whether it’s in business, law, education, healthcare, or mental health—you know you’re meant to make waves. You’re driven, but imposter syndrome, burnout, or lack of support has made it hard to stay the course. This mentorship is your anchor and your launchpad.

🎨 A Creative With a Calling
You’re the artist, writer, filmmaker, actor, designer, or innovator balancing school, work, and a million ideas. You have vision—but sometimes feel blocked, overwhelmed, or unsure how to turn your gifts into impact. This mentorship helps you clear the clutter, reclaim your confidence, and take action.

💼 A First-Gen or Low-Income Student
You’ve had to work twice as hard just to get in the room. You may not have the networks or resources others do—but you have grit, and that’s your superpower. This program gives you the tools and support to own your brilliance and walk boldly toward the future you’re building.

If you’re hungry to grow, ready to lead, and committed to leveling up—this mentorship was made for you.

🌻 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following:

  1. Currently Enrolled in a university, community college, or accredited trade/vocational school (must provide proof of enrollment).

  2. Low Socioeconomic Status — determined by one or more of the following:

    • Pell Grant recipient (U.S. students)

    • Qualifies for government assistance (e.g., SNAP, EBT, housing support)

    • Household income below the federal poverty level or local equivalent

  3. Aged 18–30 (or within a reasonable range for a non-traditional student)

  4. Demonstrates a strong interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, or creative industries

  5. Willingness to commit to:

    • Two 30-minute coaching calls per month

    • Weekly text check-ins

    • Weekly “growth work” assignments

    • One group coaching/networking call (as the mentorship grows - optional)

  6. Must have access to stable internet connection and device in a confidential setting for virtual sessions.

We believe that structure is a form of self-respect. This mentorship is for emerging leaders and creatives who are ready to show up, grow up, and glow up.

⚠️ Please note: Participation is evaluated month-to-month. Failure to uphold the Sunflower Standard may result in not being invited back the following month. This ensures that all mentees are equally dedicated and invested in their growth journey.

    Each application is reviewed with care to ensure alignment with the values, vision, and standards of the program. Applicants will be notified of their status via email.

Why anonymity?
To preserve the authenticity and dignity of both the donors and mentees. Contributions are made in service of transformation, not attention.

How we honor anonymity:

  • All donations are processed privately.

  • Mentees will not receive the name or identity of their donor.

  • Donors will receive impact updates (if they opt in) without identifying information about the mentee unless otherwise approved.
